There is a shot of Ryuji being followed by a camera. The delinquent turns, shooting the camera grin. As he talks, a speech balloon appears and his words are made text. "Let's Eat!" The speech bubble cracks open and two balls fall toward the bottom of the screen. The first ball is orange in color and unfurls into "Let's Eat". The second ball is yellow and smaller than the first. It unfurls into "with Ramenboy87". The screen star wipes to it's opening shot. The result is a clean and inventive opening that appears way too good for the show's previous production methods.

There is a tight shot of meat sizzling on a grill with some pleasant music playing. It is immediately obvious that the video quality and editing are now professional and clean. It would also seem that the videos are shot with a great camera. Said camera pans up to Ramenboy87, using tongs to flip his yakiniku as he turns to the camera. He is dressed in streetwear: a black t-shirt with a skull spray painted on, loose pants, thick framed sunglasses with blue frames, and a backwards baseball cap. Ryuji's smile looks forced. "Hey, diners! You know, sometimes life kicks you in the teeth...but you can always count on a good meal to fuel you forward."

A text box melts on screen, reading 'Ryuji: Ramen Connoisseur, Rebel, and Food Critic'. It appears to be made up of cut up magazine letters, giving it a very punk rock feel. The text box disappears after a moment. Ryuji continues. "It feels weird to do an episode on Yakiniku. I mean technically if it sucks, its on me...Heh--just like--"

There is a hard star wipe cut to a graphic that tells the history of Yakiniku and various popular spots around Tokyo. It then narrows it's focus to the specific restaurant Ryuji is at, talking about specialties and the history of their founding.

A shot of a table of various raw meats is in front of Ryuji, looking over his bounty with an eager eye. A graphic 'WOW' appears over the food. "Glorious protein. You always count on it. So Yakiniku is pretty pricey depending on what you get."

"So always pick your meat in your budget because its all on you. You overcook it and you're stuck with the result..."

"Hell there are parts of the cow I didn't know you could eat...All marinated in their own spice and sauce." A giant 'Yum' graphic appears over the meat, flashing as Ryuji reaches for some of the cow tongue and places it on the grill. It sizzles and Ryuji looks really somewhat ecstatic as the crackling begins. He frowns reflexively as he stares into the fire, flinching as he realizes he is missing his window. He flips the meat, revealing a browned piece of beef. A WOW appears on the screen.

"So how do we rate something we cook ourselves." Ryuji finally talks again, smiling again. "We look at the ingredients!"

A colorful star shower cuts to graphic of Professor Ryuji pointing at a chart. The graphic begins talking about meat cuts and various vegetables, rating their freshness and appearance. The Ryuji grins as he points to various facts on Japanese beef, beef in general, and the types of vegetables you can find at a Yakiniku restaurant.

Finally, the camera cuts back to Ryuji taking a bite of the piece of cow tongue, groaning in enjoyment. "The miso marinade on that really hits the spot!"

"So things might suck but you can always fight on with a good meal. Remember food is the fuel that your body needs to take it on. Even when stuff sucks, you need to eat to go on."

There is a star wipe to an animated sequence of Ryuji standing on a cliff in a very artistic ending sequence. A rather emotional piece of royalty free music plays as he stands, watching the ocean waves as wind runs through his hair. On the right side of the screen, an impressive amount of credits play...most of which are thanks to someone called "NightPrincess", who worked on the editing, effects, mastering, animation, etc. Ryuji Sakamoto is listed as on screen talent and creator. The credits end as Ryuji looks up at the sky and a shooting star goes by.</poem>

The apartment in Kinshicho is quiet as Ryuji enters. It was a hard day...It was going to be a hard for a long time. At least work was kind enough to give Ryuji a few days off to figure it out. His job at the model store didn't need their security looking like he was getting soft and the Butler cafe was just concerned and sympathetic enough to give him a few days. He sighs as he removes his sunglasses, looking around the apartment before heading into the kitchen with a sigh. Just one moment at a time. Exactly like anything else.

Ryuji opens the door the fridge, immediately grabbing his water bottle before just staring into the open ice box with a vacant expression. He doesn't see any food he wants...He shuts the door with a sigh.

From behind the door, a solitary voice finally makes themselves known. "Ryu-kun" Ryuji's mother takes a drag of her cigarette as she looks over her son with a concerned expression.

Ryuji looks over to his mother with a forced smile. "You scared me, mom."

"I live here too you know...You ok?" The woman raises her brow despite knowing exactly what this was. She could see it from a mile away and while she wanted to give the cause a piece of her mind, it didn't ultimately matter like comforting her son.

The boy says nothing as he just hugs his mom, feeling tears run down his face. He lets go even more when his mother held him softly, placing her cigarette off to the side as she embraced her son.

"Oh hun. You finally felt the sting of first love." She smiles as she looks at Ryuji, stroking his hair. "Look at my little man."

"Tch. The problem is I'm not a--"

"Oh, please. You're standing up. You aren't laying in bed. Just because some girl tramples over your heart, doesn't mean you're some kid. I met a thousand tough guys who'd be blubberin louder than the little girl who lives downstairs. Yet here you are: going out and trying to move. I didn't even need to tell you that trick."

"I feel terrible." Ryuji leans against his mother, sobbing softly.

"Heh, yeah. It's gonna like that for awhile but you're my boy and you're gonna get back up and meet this pain head on. Just like I did so many times before you." Ryuji's mother looks up at her son, stroking the back of his hair. She sighs as she thinks about the girl in question. While she wasn't particularly thrilled with her, Ryuji's mother saw the writing on the wall from a while away. Too ships passing in the night, drifting in two directions.

"Hey, Mom..." Ryuji looks down at his mother, frowning as he scratches the back of his head.

"Hmmm?" Her train of thought lost, she looks back to her son. "You want me to wipe up your favorite for dinner?"

"I really loved her. I thought nothing could touch us and it just all went to hell...I.. Did this ever happen with you?" Ryuji looks off to the side.

"Heh..Go sit down at the table and I'll tell you about my high school days, sweetheart." She lets Ryuji go and reaches for her cigarette, taking a long drag as she ties her hair back. "You know I haven't seen you cry like this since you fell down at the zoo--"

"Mom! Come on! Punching a guy while he's down is like---the worst." Ryuji sighs, sitting at the table as he watches his mom start to prepare to make dinner. Just like it was supposed to be. Funny how nothing else felt like that.

"Oh you'll live. Hmmm" She turned to look back at Ryuji, beginning to work on the meal. She could see that her son was fretting over a closed door when there were so many open still. Not as many he had in the beginning but still many more than she might've had. In that, the girl had her thanks.

Even if the current way she left Ryuji wasn't idea. He would grow into the sort of man that his mother could be proud of. Which was why she said what came next.

Ryuji's mother looked toward her son. "You know when I was your age, I had the road to comfort me when my heart was broken. I think I'm going to look some of my girls up and see if we can track down Hanashobu. You have some money right?"

Ryuji, who was mostly just listen, looked up. "Eh? Yeah. I have a little. Do we need some for the household or something?"

His mother pressed her lips together as she began to handle the chicken from the fridge. "No. We're fine. I just mean I'm going to check on buying something back for you. It won't be pretty but Hanashobu was a big part of my youth and I think it's time you stood on your two feet."

"The hell is Hanashou? You getting me into flowers?...Mom, I--thats not really my style. Plus I got no girl-"

"Hush. Just let your mom take care of you for the first time in awhile...Hanashobu will serve you well. Just let me find her."

Arisu walks into the Fashion Club's room, pushing aside a mannequin as she led in Ai Sakurai into the room. "It's just through here. Bebe isn't in so it's just us. He really did like the work I did on it though."

She gestures to figure hidden by a cloth tarp. "I didn't think it needed a tarp but Bebe said presenting something like this would be sacrilege." She smiles before giggling at her friend's grandiose manner. She grips the tarp, pulling it aside with a "Ta-da!"

There was a pause as Arisu's eyes took it in. It is horrible. What -was- a very intricate costume now featured slashes along it's edges. In addition, ink blotches are along the entire garment....one thing written on the chest: 'Tattletale Bitch'

Arisu shrieks holding a hand over her mouth. All that work. All of it for something she couldn't fix. It would never look right now.

Ai stares at the costume with a frown. She never expected them to be this vicious but...they were out to get Arisu. She walks over and examines the costume, going over the stitching. It was perfect. She can feel tears in her eyes. "We could've won with something like this." But that wasn't the only thing in her way.

As if on cue, Ai begins to cough, shaking as she steadied herself. She reaches into her pocket and takes out her inhaler. Damnit. She isn't strong anymore.

Arisu looks up and sees her friend starting to cry. "It's ok...we just start over for next time."

Ai looked up and smiled sadly. "Yeah. Next time." There wouldn't be a next time. She wasn't healthy enough to deal with the crowds. With the physicality. Even with Arisu taking a lot of it on, Ai's body didn't feel strong enough.

Arisu froze as she heard something from the halls. Evidently, there was laughter from somewhere nearby. It could've been unrelated but Arisu swears she hears 'Serves her right' from among the chatter in the Gekkoukan halls.

The girl's bathroom was quiet now. It wasn't moments ago and even now the sounds of mocking laughter could be heard in the distance. After a momentary beat, one of the stalls opens and Arisu walks toward a sink. She is wet from when one of her former friends had thrown a bucket of chemically smelling water over the stall.

Arisu looks at her uniform and sighs, wringing out the soaked part of her shirt. It is just going to be like this for awhile. They'd forgive her eventually...she hoped anyway.

If she hadn't had told the teacher about them trying to sneak out...If they hadn't gone to their parents...AND something happened, it would be because Arisu didn't say something. It would always come back on her.

They were freaking college guys no less. Creeping on high school girls. She can feel a cold spell run down her spine as she considers the grossness of the situation.

No they would someday thank her for protecting them...like she always did.

She meets her eyes in the mirror, considering if she maybe has to go back to class in her PE outfit.

The chemically water clearly had a lot of cleaner in it, making her clothes abrasively smell of the floral scent of the floor cleaner.

"Arisu-chan...." A voice came from behind her, Arisu turned to see Ai, one of her last friends. Arisu forces a smile and wipes away a tear that suddenly formed in her eye. "Ai-chan...I'm fine. They'll come around. I have to be strong until then." She isn't sure if she still believed this but it makes her feel better for the moment. Finally, Arisu forces a smile at Ai, tilting her head. "It will be ok. I'm ok."

She wasn't.

<poem> The trains to school are always busy in the morning. Ryuji Sakamoto yawned as he slouched his way toward his train car. Truth was he was tired. Part of that was just being busy. The old way was to stay up late playing video games or watching some tv. Now Ryuji had a couple of jobs. He was busy with the Phantom Thieves. Most importantly, he had to make time for his girlfriend. It wasn't killing him since he enjoyed some of his responsibilities but he was certainly busier. So busy thinking that he doesn't notice the girl he runs into, just outside of the platform.

"oof! Woah. Sorry about that."

The girl in question stumbles for a second, looking at Ryuji before her eyes slightly widen. "Heh, you should watch what you're doing, pal. What are you busy with one of your reviews?"

Ryuji blinks and tilts his head. "Excuse me? I dunno what you're.."

"Heh. Your reviews man. You're Ramenboy86. The infamous food critic." The girl smirks and leans in, making Ryuji back up slightly.

Ryuji blinks before smiling. "Oh! Yeah that's me! Kinda weirded out to meet a fan."

"A fan?" The girl grins and shakes her head. Her short red hair bounced with each movement. "Nah. I dunno about that but yeah I've heard of ya. Your videos have gotten better though."

Ryuji winces before laughing. "Yeah...I guess they have. I have an editor now so the sky is the limit."

"Why limit yourself to sky?"

"Wha?"

"Don't worry about it." The girl tucks her hands behind her back, tilting her head as she looks over Ryuji. "You should review the Izakaya near this station."

"An Izakaya? Don't I have to drink to go to one of those?" Ryuji blinks, wondering what this girl's deal is.

"Not this one. It's frequented by a lot of students so the owner made it more teen friendly. But they have a really good dish you'd love. Come on. I saw your video with the spicy ramen challenge so this will be a lot easier."

Ryuji considers this. "Hmm. I guess that is a good tip. I'll look into it. Thanks." He grins at the girl who is smiling at him.

"Akasaka Kaori."

"Hmm?"

"That's my name, dude. You were clearly going to ask." Kaori smiles at Ryuji and he just blinks.

"Oh...Sakamoto Ryuji."

"Sakamoto-kun, please don't forget about me. And check out that Izakaya."

Ryuji blinks and nods. "Uhhh, ok?" He is about to mention his girlfriend when Kazusa's face flashes in his mind. No. He can't accuse every girl of having a thing for him. That would get him in trouble. Maybe this chick was trying to be friendly. I mean why else?

The calm is broken by a man running frantically down the street like his life depended on it....it did. The man crashes into some trash cans, making a loud commotion as he struggled to his feet again. "Oh god. Ohgod! PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME!!! They're gonna kill me!!"

From behind a voice rang out from a distance away, followed by the click of a gun's hammer. "My friend. You are only postponing the inevitable..." Takaya moved leisure through the streets, smiling serenely as he kept closing the distance. "Your name is on the list. I wouldn't us for your fate as we're just the hand doing their bidding...No, blame the person you angered who hired us." Takaya holds the gun over his head as he continues closing the distance.

"P,p,p,p,please!! SoMEBODY HELP ME!!!" The man cries out again, running into one of the black coffins, which stands firmly as the man falls backwards.</poem>

All it takes is one casual throw of one of Jin's grenades and the man is obliterated from existence. Mission accomplished.

Jin's been feeling bored ever since Sudou died, as much as he hated to admit it. Now they were back to their hum-drum Dark Hour killings. It used to be satisfying enough for Jin, but not anymore.

"I think we need to kick up some dust. There's so many 'bad guys' around these days that I think we're fadin' into the background. I don't want anyone thinkin' we're just your everyday goon-for-hire killers."</poem>

Takaya whistles as he watches the explosion obliterate the man. He was impressed by the sheer audacity of his partner, cupping a hand under his chin as he nodded approvingly.

"Yes. Unfortunately." Takaya has been equally underwhelmed by the loss of Sudou. It wasn't like the messiah figure felt any sadness for the Joker Killer's death but Takaya had to admit that Sudou was useful.

"Hmm. you may have a point there Jin...Though I think part of our problem is that dreadful bunch of teenagers and their highly supported group. Where as we have scraps, they have special devices for every occasion...but that does make me think..."

Takaya moves to the black burn mark that was once a person, ignoring any of the blood and viscera for the moment. "Considering who was after our friend Sudou...I think they owe us reparations for our loss."

Takaya didn't know the man who shot Sudou was NWO but he was highly suspicious of such a organization.

"Jin, do you think we should go get some pay back from the people who took one of our own?" Takaya turns his head slowly to look at the other man.</poem>

"Sure," Jin says with the same casual tone he might use for agreeing on a place to eat dinner. "Give me a day to do some investigating. I should have some more info about our target then." </poem>

"We should find something interesting within their corridors. Something that will be of use against those who would try to stop us." He sighs as he finds a wall to lean on, crossing his skinny arms.

There is a long pause before Takaya looks at Jin, meeting eyes with the bespectacled man. "Jin...What are your thoughts on where we are going. You have been with me since the beginning so I wish to know what your insight to the situation we find ourselves in." Maybe Jin saw something Takaya didn't, not that he would admit such a thing. </poem>

It doesn't register on his face, but Jin is pleased at the compliment. Coming from just about anyone else, he might have dismissed the compliment wholesale, but compliments from Takaya just hit different.

"A lot more people have Awakened. There's a lot more Persona-users than I ever thought there'd be." There had been other Persona-users for as long as Jin could remember, but the number had increased exponentially in the last year or so.

"I'm thinkin' there's got to be a reason for it. If there is, we need to figure out what it is and close that valve quick." </poem>

"This is true. In ways that I never couldn't have imagined as well..." He comments, thinking about the number of troublesome kids getting in their way. Like the park incident. Takaya frowns, feeling his arms tighten around himself instinctually.

"That might be another reason to go and look at the Conspiracy's lab...While we stalk in the shadows, they are studying what is going on. And as much as it would be preferable to deal a blow to SEES, I don't believe that will allow a second attack on their dormitory in order to check their findings."</poem>

Jin scoffs slightly at the name.

"If we hold one of their loved ones hostage or somethin' as leverage, they're just gonna get all their Persona buddies to attack us."

Satoshi forces a slight smile. "Y,yes, madame. I will have some more for you shortly." His voice even, cool when there isn't a hint of nervousness. Satoshi had this mystery to him. As if he was hiding some dark secrets under that brown hair. One person even claimed that they saw BLONDE hair peaking out from under the styled brown hair. Was Satoshi some kind of yakuza on the run? No, he seemed young but that didn't mean there wasn't something dark about him.

Satoshi stops at a table and expertly places down the tea cups before pouring each of his customers a cup. "Your order has arrived and I humbly ask if there is anything else I can get for you, madams."

"Some of the tea cakes, Satoshi-san. Also will you please stay with us for awhile."

"I would be neglecting my duties, madame. Please accept my humblest apologies." Satoshi's brow twitches as he talks, bowing slightly as he turns on his heel and starts for the back of house. Once out of sight, Satoshi removes his wig in privacy, revealing bleached blonde hair. Satoshi, or as most know him out of costume: Ryuji Sakamoto, sighs before letting out an exasperated noise into his cupped hands.

After a moment, he leans back on the wall and takes stock of his situation. He has a job that is embarrassing but pays rather well. The old him would've been totally into all these girls calling for him. Maybe the new him didn't mind it. However, he is taken and sure that Ichika might have some issues with this gig. That is if Ichika, Tsubasa, and the Phantoms didn't die laughing first. Likewise, it wasn't HIM these girls were in love with...just some butler persona he put on.

And truth be told, he could do this job extremely well. It was just a bunch of memorized procedures and being polite. For some money, Ryuji could at least pretend to be that way for awhile. Hell, even when he messed up, there were people who found that charming for reasons that didn't make sense to him.

After a beat, Ryuji puts the wig back on and begins to head for the kitchen. Just need to make some money for himself and mom. That was the mantra he repeated to himself as he started to mix his tea blend, trying his best to remember what went into it.

"Shhh! Where was I? Ah---They are on dangerous adventure which will shake them to their core. Will they survive or will they fall into the obscurity of failure?! Mwhahahahahaha..ha...Ok that's the voice over done...shit! C'mon, Stop recor--" There is a hard cut to the restaurant's interior, back in AMAZING COLOR. The restaurant is of a very modern design rather than anything traditional. The room is an off-white with black accents such as the tabletop and seat cushions.

At a table, Ryuji sits across from Yuuki Mishima who looks concerned at whats in front of him. Both boys have a bowl of what looks like pure red fury/ramen.

Ryuji grins at the camera. "Today, My guest star and myself experience the Turbo Spicy Ramen challenge at Challenge Ramen in Shinjuku. Everyone give a hand for Mishima!" Ryuji claps and makes fake cheering noises as the other boy just looks embarrassed. After a beat, Ryuji continues, "We will have 10 minutes to finish this super spicy ramen and---"

"Sakamoto-san, I don't know if I can---"

"Mishima, chill, man. Its just some spicy ramen. It won't kill you! (I think)."

"I don't really deal well with stuff like this though."

"Come on, maybe if you tank this we can get you a cute girlfriend."

"Really? Well, I guess it couldn't hurt if I try this. I mean you only live once. Maybe the Phantom Thieves will notice me!"

"Y,yeah. They... could? Probably not though..." Ryuji rubs the back of his neck before he gives Mishima both thumbs up. "Anyway, show 'em your stuff, Mishima!"

Mishima picks up his spoon and takes a sip of the broth. The shot freezes and turns black and white. The caption under his image reads Yuuki Mishima (199X-2012). A moment passes before Ryuji's voice cuts in. "Ok, he didn't die but---"

The image unfreezes, fading back into color as Mishima cups a hand over his mouth, coughing as he turns red. "I...TOO...SPIC--y! WATER!"

"Dude water will make it--"

Mishima downs some water before his eyes widen dramatically before a yelp which is cut off by a quick change of shot.

Ryuji watches in horror before looking down at his own bowl of spicy hell. "Maybe I shouldn't..."

Mishia gives Ryuji a look that could kill, taking one hand to pinch the blonde's nose and the other to drip a spoonful of broth into Ryuji's mouth. The blonde is silent as the broth hits his tongue. After a moment, Ryuji turns red and the picture freezes as a green screened Ryuji walks into frame. "Hey, pro tip, Diners! Water only makes spicy food worse because a lot of the time the spice is an oil base. Use milk or ice cream to turn down the heat!"

The pictures cuts to outside of a new place that serves Gelato. Ryuji grins nervously at the camera as Mishima gives him a dirty look from his cone of Pineapple Gelato. "Well, diners, we didn't end up finishing but that's another adventure behind us! Join us next time when I try out the sweet treats of Harajuku..."

<poem> A video is uploaded to most popular streaming video sites. The video appears shot on a decent camera phone and starts with weirdly angled shot of a old restaurant. The noises of the street are blended with some royalty free music. It then hard cuts to Ryuji Sakamoto dressed in a blue blazer, a t-shirt of an explosion with "Boom" in aggressive font, checker mark pants, and a pair of fake blue lensed glasses. At first there is a confused expression on his face as he reaches to the camera. "Huh...is this thing even---"

There is a hard cut to moments later where Ryuji is grinning at the camera. "Hey there hungry viewers! I'm Ramenboy87 and this is my first blog for Tatsunoya Ramen, a ramen shop located in bustling Electric Town, Akihabara, Tokyo. This is my first time checking this place out so I'm excited to see what this place is all about." Another hard cut to the menu, which Ryuji holds to the camera, pointing at various options.

"So this place has rumored to have some tangy broth thanks to the head chef's time in Texas. When I talked to him early, he mentioned that his broth has a light smokey quality thanks to using ingredients such as bones prepared from methods using BBQ...He didn't want to be on camera sooooooo I guess we're gonna go for the Tonkotsu Ramen...Did you know that this particular ramen type was invented by mistake when one chef in Fukuoka let their pork bones boil too long."

Yet another hard cut. It is clear that Ryuji doesn't have much skill with editing yet. The music light changes to something classical as the Ramen Bowl comes in frame. There are several shots of the bowl of ramen, focusing on aspects to make it look appetizing. "This looks awesome but I'm a big fan of Ramen obviously."

Hard cut to Ryuji actually slurping down some Ramen. He looks thoughtful as he thinks about what he's tasting. "So you can definitely taste the smokey flavor lightly among the immense pork flavor of the broth. The veggies are fresh and the noodles are cooked to perfection. Truly a work of art in the culinary space."

Hard cut to Ryuji looking off camera. "Huh...For real? I'm just shooting a blog dud---"

Hard cut to Ryuji standing outside again, clearly using a selfie stick to film himself. "Soooo that was a interesting bowl of Ramen. The American sensibilities were interesting but might not be for those who want a traditional flavor. Next time, lets try the infamous Banana Ramen of Sumaru. Uhhh Like and Subscribe? |Profile= One glance, and you'll know: Takaya Sakaki is not someone who belongs to polite society. With long, raggedy curls, tattoos up and down both arms, a massive pistol he keeps in the belt of his jeans, and ribs you can count because he doesn't wear a shirt, here is a man who can be judged by appearances because he is exactly what he appears to be: dangerous. He revels in this, too. After suffering as an Artificial Persona User, he believes passionately that Persona Users should do as they please and to hell with anyone who might interfere or suffer as a consequence. He leads Strega with this same attitude, reflected in a cavalier approach towards death--and murder.

|Background=Takaya's unfortunate birth was the result of a one night stand between his mother and an American soldier on leave. He never knew his father and his relationship with his mother was equally nonexistent. She took care of him in the beginning but quickly grew tired of the parenting lifestyle, leaving responsibility with Takaya's grandparents.

From an early age, many considered Takaya to be a creepy kid, alienating Takaya from those around him. He was smart but a lot of the other kids found his gloomy face to be off putting. For this reason, Takaya was avoided by most kids his age rather than bullied.

Around middle school, Takaya's grandparents passed away, leaving him by himself. Rather than go with society's expectations, Takaya opted to give up on school and live on the streets. For awhile, Takaya was somewhat happy since he didn't have to live in a world ruled by those who resented him.

During this time, Takaya was captured by the Kirijo group and used for their artificial persona experiments. While Takaya believed his life was sad before, this period is the one that haunts Takaya the most. He remembers the pain and the sorrow that came with what they did to him. This warped Takaya, making him crave the power to stop himself from feeling this anguish. If the strong got to commit such atrocities, then Takaya would be the one at the top. Takaya began to become obsessed with Death as it offered him a way out of these atrocities.

There evening is still somewhat hot from the day. The air is loud with the sounds of cicadas crying out as Eikichi steps in front of the steps to a rather unkept set of stairs. He examines the stairs and notices signs someone still uses them, noting crushed weeds and the occasional foot print in some dirt. With a sigh, the delinquent begins to ascend the stairs just as a distant rumbling starts from further up the incline. The Cicadas continue to whine but that distant rumbling is still heard.

Eikichi checks the note in his pocket. This is where Ken said the guy was...Evenings out by the abandoned shrine outside of town. Kind of weird if you ask Eikichi but he's admittedly seen weirder. He climbs up the stairs, hearing the rumble start to sound more distinctive.

When he started Gas Chamber, Eikichi could only see his friends with him. They had been there when Kasugayama's culture wasn't under his control. They had even put in the muscle with him to take it over. So why couldn't it be them?

Eikichi sighs, listening to the rumbling becoming a melody that blends in with the surroundings. It was like Eikichi was in immersive concert and that was pretty cool.

Eikichi passes near a collapsed Tori gate, frowning as the state of this place was not getting any better. What were the chances a step would give away and he'd break his neck?

Gas Chamber. According to his friends, this was Eikichi's dream and one they couldn't be a part of. They'd just cheer him on.

It wasn't registering with Eikichi entirely yet. Could he really do this by himself? Without his guys on stage with him?

The melody is now clearly a solo guitar...Electric? How do they get power out here? Eikichi stops in his tracks, listening to skill of this musician. Fast but not a dropped note. It was splendid. The delinquent starts walking away, faster now. More confident.

Finally, Eikichi arrives at the threshold of the abandoned shrine. The music now completely covers the Cicada's crying down below. It wasn't large but it had seen better days. In front of the main temple, there was a single boy, dressed in black jump suit with large shoulder pads and a large striped wig styled into a mohawk. He wore makeup similar to Eikichi, prompting the Death Boss to grin. It was the look that Eikichi wish he had the guts to pull off. It would piss off his dad SO much. The boy continued to play guitar on his battery powered Amp, speeding up his melody. It was a powerful sound that shook the temple.

"You must be Mishina. Your friend said you'd be coming about an opportunity." The boy looks up, finally stopping his playing.

Eikichi grins, "I can already tell you're perfect for what I got in mind but let me hear more of that." He thinks about his guys and nods. He whispers to himself. "Thanks guys. I'm gonna make Gas Chamber something."</poem>

To his credit, Gozaburou is listening....half listening. He is currently using an exercise bike he keeps in his office to remain "marketable". He reaches for a sports drink as he takes a break, looking to his assistant with a confident grin. "Right. Confirm that for me and make sure to set up a gift basket for the president's wife. Hmmm, the '85 Chateau included in there."

Ami nods, adjusting her glasses again. "You also have another meeting at 11:00 with advertising. They are concern advertisers will pull out because of the Joker Killer segments."

After a swig of his drink, Zabu smirks with a shake of his head. "Tch, yeah well they are going to be thanking me when my 5 part Joker Killer segment makes them enough money to make up for any cowardly brands. Don't these morons understand what kind of yokels watch us?!"

"Hmm...You also have a 16:00 appointment with the veterinarian for Cheddar."

Zabu looks around Ami to a -very- large dog bed where a small reddish brown Pomeranian lays, looking particularly tiny next to his pile of toys. Zabu kneels and smiles at the clearly disinterested dog, spoiled rotten by plenty. "Whose stealing the hearts of all of Sumaru? It's you Cheddar.."

Cheddar does the dog equvilent of rolling his eyes. The only respond is a deep sigh followed by a snort.

Zabu smiles, pleased with himself as he looks back to Ami. "Gotta love that deep bond we share. Like a father and son... Anyway, cancel my appointments after that. I want to look over the stuff for the 'oh so advertiser poison' Joker Killer segments. They are lucky I'm not pulling some strings and bring the wrath of god down on them. I could have their metaphorical head on a platter if I wanted."

"If you say so, Gessou-sama."

"I -do- say so...I'm not the tippy top of the pryamid but I know I'm higher than some peasant in advertising. Pth, anyway. You're free Ami-chan. I'm gonna go do some research...with my best buddy!"

Cheddar is unmoved but offers a stern grumble in response. </poem>

Today, 'Good Evening, Sumaru' is out in the field, meaning there is a section near the entrance to the Mu Continent that is blocked off to the public, though a few watch from afar. It's a good day for it! Not too hot due to some light cloud cover. The set up is actually rather impressive consisting of a well lit stage with two -very- comfortable chairs separated by a photogenic plant, a craft services table, and a tent for make up and hair services. There is also a second stage set up with a few random people. This is the infamous panel, consisting of anything from celebrities to people of interest. Today it is populated by few teenage girls, one of which has a shirt on with a heart with Goro Akechi's face at the center of it. Wonder why they were chosen?...heh.

Zabu stands mid stage, checking his phone as he flatly chews his gum. He was dressed in a light colored linen suit with white shirt and tie.

He looks up when a stage hand announces they are coming back from break. The second he looks up his face brightens with the Hollywood magic entertainment was known for. "Alright, buddy. Hey, keep up the good work... or else. Haha." He might've sounded like he was kidding but he wasn't.

Zabu looks toward the camera, standing in front of his comfortable chair with his hands clasped together. He makes micro adjustments as the countdown begins. On the final number, Zabu smiles and opens his hands, gesturing off stage. "Good Evening, Sumaru! My next guest is known as the second coming of the Detective Prince. I'll see if he can figure out what's up with the latest fashion trend. Goro Akechi!"

The "panel" erupts in loud applause, cheering, -swooning-, and one very sincere 'I LOVE YOU' to the guest star of the moment. Zabu keeps smiling despite being a little perturbed he isn't the man of the moment.

'Good Evening, Sumaru.' is a popular enough TV show. And Akechi is a well-known media darling, making the circuit because of his opposition to the latest 'trend' of support for the Phantom Thieves of Hearts.

Of course he accepted the invitation. He's a resident of Sumaru City, though some more casual fans may not realize that given the amount of time he spends in Tokyo.

When he introduces him, the Guest comes out from back stage, in a sweater vest over a white sleeved button up shirt, khaki pants. Ordinarily he prefers his uniform, but during summer break him being in more 'casual' attire makes him feel more relatable, doesn't it?

He's all smiles, as he walks across the set, with a cant of his head, a smile, and a raise of his hand as if to wave to his fans in the crowd. "Why hello there." Right before he settles down in the Guest Chair.

"Thank you for having me." He says with a well practiced tone of friendliness in front of his host. "I can't say I expected this crowd response."

He takes on a jocular look, "It makes me feel as if I might be a little overdressed for the occasion. But in my line of work, you rarely get enough time to enjoy one's Summer Break."

He seems to be playing to the crowd of fans, at least, making quips in order to get a response. It's rather normal for him during an introduction.

The crowd goes wild upon seeing Akechi's outfit. Zabu is tipping the scale by keeping the crowd entirely on the Team Akechi hypetrain but the reasons remain a mystery right now.

Zabu gives Akechi a respectful bow, smiling brightly for the cameras. "What sort of reaction were you expecting?" He laughs giving Akechi a little throw away to get some banter going.

"No, you look great. Very professional which makes sense for someone of your status" Zabu laughs before gesturing for Akechi to sit on the opposite chair before taking his own. "So how is summer break going for you? Any summer time romance for a dashing hero of justice like yourself? I'm sure these girls wanna know."

The crowd quietly murmurs over the question. Did the Prince have a Princess? Who is she? (Or He?!) Oh say it isn't so, Akechi.

Zabu just quietly chews his gum, smiling at Akechi as he waits to see how this interview will go.

Folding his hands together from his elbows on each arm rest, he crosses a leg over the other.

"Well I'm not accustomed to welcomes so... enthusiastic. It's a bit embarrassing, actually. However, I can't say I'm not flattered by it. I would like to thank my fans for their support."

It's this contradiction of emotions between the practiced humility of the humble boy next door, embarrassed at all the attention - and the none too subtle validation while soliciting attention from his fans that makes him quite popular.

It's almost like he discovered the perfect show biz formula for being a teenage Detective in Japanese media.

"I appreciate you going easy on me." He says on his choice of outfit, "Often I have little enough time to do anything but throw something on before I'm out the door."

And yet the outfit looks perfectly pressed. Newly put on. Not a drop of sweat despite it being the summer.

"Haha..." Akechi chuckles at the question of having a 'summer romance'. "... Mostly I've been working on my various cases, though I do catch a little 'me' time every now and then. In that sense, it's certainly more relaxing than during a school semester. As for romance, that's quite the dangerous question..."

He lets that linger off for a time, as if to leave a lingering sense of 'discomfiture' among his fans that he might, before answering, "... I have a feeling if I answered 'yes' it would only add to my caseload. As it stands, I've been far too busy to be searching for romance- though, if I were to find the right girl... well, I certainly would find a way to make time for her."

And with a smile that leaves everyone of his fans in the crowd feeling like he might choose /them/ as the right girl.

Gozaburou smiles and nods as he watches the boy get flustered. Generally, if you put anyone in front of their hardcore followers, they either got flustered or lived in the moment. From Zabu's perspective, Akechi seemed to be someone embarrassed by their fame.

Such a pity.

"Well well, a man dedicated to his craft. Gotta love it folks." Zabu clasps his hands together before reaching for a notecard where presumably most of the questions were. Teleprompter got left at the studio it seems.

The crowd of panelists go wild for Akechi's answers. This time there are three "I Love You"s for example.

After a beat, Zabu checks the card and then turns to Akechi, smiling. "So you are no simple guest...Tell us what is a day in life for you right now? Like I'm sure there are some people out there who want to know what it's like being someone who has to juggle school and this job usually held by much older individuals?"

Is he truly embarrassed? Well, no, but it wouldn't suit his purposes to let the entire world know.

"Haha... well, I would like to think I'm quite committed to my pursuit of Justice. Though perhaps I'm not quite as dedicated as some of our studio audience."

He says, while lifting a hand, and making a small raise of his hand as if in acknowledgement of them.

Zabu's next question causes him to tilt his head as if in thought, "Well during the school year on most days, I wake up early - perform a light work out. Then often I catch the earliest train to Tokyo that I can."

He says with a smile, "Not many my age can say they already have the proper 'Salaryman' experience. Aha."

He's still smiling, "You see- given my work with the Police, often I'm called upon to miss school. However, I have an arrangement with the administration at my school. So long as I turn in all of my assignments, and sit for my exams, they're more than willing to 'share' me. I /do/ still try to make time to go into class when I can... though unfortunately it's less than I'd like."

He gestures at the camera casually while still looking at Zabu, "Perhaps I might ask any criminals out there watching right now to give yourselves up? Then I'd have much more time to enjoy my life as a high schooler."

He says as he makes a light joke, "The prosecutor's office will go much easier on you if they don't have to wait for me to catch you."

He's definitely trying to get a laugh there, before he smiles at him, "Still, I do quite well for myself, even missing many days. I believe I'm still top of my class, though- I can't say I've even had time to look at the results."

He makes a small theatrical sigh, "These Phantom Thieves of Hearts are keeping me quite busy."

Zabu listens to Akechi grandstand and charm the crowd. It was something he did so he knew these tactics well. Still, there was no way he could see past Akechi's exterior as Zabu was too concerned with himself.

Still, he laughs at Akechi's jokes, following the story of someone who gets to play as an adult without being one. Not an ounce of disgust shows on the TV host's face. He turns to the camera. "You hear that, criminals? Akechi-kun has got you in his sights. So lets hope he catches you before he misses out on all the precious youth." There is a laugh on the back of his heartful, polite plea to the underworld.

Then there is the moment he was waiting for. The Phantom Thieves. Zabu nods at Akechi's sigh, laughing. "I take it the case isn't going well." There is a pause for laughter, which is piped into the mix on TV. In the actual air, there is only a split second of dead air as Akechi's fans won't laugh at their idol. The magic of Television!

"So would you say the Phantom Thieves are your greatest trial, Akechi-kun? Surely they are no match for someone of your intellect." Zabu turns his gaze to look at Akechi. He isn't trying to be a dick. Not yet. Right now, it was about making Akechi feel good.

"While my show had some bad intel on their latest target, I find it disturbing how there are a band of criminals extorting even children. While my sources are now telling me this child was arrested for very credible crimes, Can the law actually carry out justice when these confessions are--coerced?" Zabu isn't sure how this next question will go as he is starting to get a little more direct. The man just waits to see how Akechi deals with this latest question.

"Yes. I do hope I won't grow up to be someone that says that youth is wasted. That would be a true tragedy."

He says, referencing so many adults who claim that youth is wasted on the young. "So please turn yourselves in, right away."

Winning smile. The camera certainly loves him. And then, Akechi folds his fingers again together, "Oh? What makes you say that?" He replies, seeming curious as to Zabu's justification. "Even if they're not in custody, I'd say the case is going quite well thus far."

However... he asks if they're his greatest trial, "Well. I suppose we'll know for certain when I finally bring this case to a close. However, if you were to think about it, the value of a Detective is uncertain- isn't it?" He says with a more serious expression, "What separates one from another? What defines their value to society?"

He offers to him, as if he were getting philosophical on the matter as he raises two fingers, "Two things - a tough case that only he can solve, and the existence of a worthy rival to make such a case." One fingers lower at a time as they say each of those things, "If indeed - they became my greatest trial..."

He pauses, seeming lost in thought for several long seconds before...

"... well that would truly be a shame, don't you think? To face my greatest trial before I'd even graduated high school! What would there be to look forward to?"

He grins at Zabu, "Besides, I'd say my current greatest trial are my upcoming college admissions exams. I do hope they manage to top that one!"

However... the interview turns to Eiji, and the grin just vanishes to become more pensive, as he leans forward, placing a hand to his chin, "That is indeed the question. If a Change of Heart is forced upon another party- then can they be said to be offering that confession of their own free will? I believe the answer is 'No'. Nevertheless - when we are faced with a Juvenile charged for such serious crimes, we cannot exactly ignore the wrongs he has done. The victims would demand no less."

Taking his hand off of his chin, he leans back again, and concludes to Zabu's question, "We as a society must come together and decide to reject the 'Justice' of the Phantom Thieves. If a criminal such as this one is to be truly punished for what he has done, then his sentence cannot be the result of a coerced sense of responsibility. He must choose to take it of his own accord."

It's a tough needle to thread, to say 'even if their hearts are changed, they deserve punishment' while also saying 'it's not right for the heart to be changed for the sake of their responsibility to society'.

And yet, he threads it rather well, in a well practiced manner from defending his position time and time again on TV.

Zabu laughs at Akechi's joke. "So true and I think we can agree you have a long way before you become an old man like that" The same smile is given back to the boy detective. Such is the tango of talk show television.

"Oh ho...I suppose I'm not used to how a detective sees their work. From the outsider's perspective, your mannerisms kinda paint a picture of someone in over his head...Temporarily of course." Zabu crosses his legs and he adjusts himself in the chair. "If you're saying that the case is going well, then who am I to argue?"

Zabu listens to the Detective Prince explain what makes a detective, chewing his gum with a satisfied smirk. "Is that so--fascinating! Though I suppose it would be sad to meet their match in High School. Most couples don't meet until college and I can't imagine a better comparison than soul mates for such a fated confrontation!" Zabu winks at the camera. "So in a way, maybe you do have more of a summer romance than you think." There crowd makes a "oooooo" and if they don't, it's piped in.

"I can't imagine college being very useful for a young man who has such a stunning career already. Does this mean we might see the Detective Prince at an office space near you?" More laughter.

"You are part of a legacy...the previous Detective Prince was well known for solving cases just like you. When you consider who came before, are you afraid they could've solved the Phantom Thieves case before you? Do you ever compare yourself to your predecessor?"

Zabu notes Akechi's flawless handling of the Eiji case. While he wishes that brat only the worst time in prison, he can't help but understand the public. If you were stupid enough to get caught, you deserved what came next.

"I do hope so!" He replies quickly to the idea it will be a long time before he becomes an /adult like that/ that /undercuts children/. Or as Ryuji Sakamoto himself would say...

'A shitty rotten adult'.

He doesn't know how much Akechi would agree with him there. Zabu however, indicates that his mannerisms paint him as someone in over his head, temporarily, "My- and here I thought I was the Detective, here. Are you sure you're not moonlighting as a Psychological Profiler for the police?"

Akechi quips in regards to Zabu calling out his 'mannerisms', "I wouldn't say I'm in over my head at all. if anything, I'd say I'm eminently suitable for this case." As he pushes back just - lightly.

He's not exactly warning him yet, but it's rather clear a button was pressed.

Zabu keeps going however, calling it a 'romance' of sorts eliciting crowd 'oooooo's. And Akechi's smile widens subtly, in a somewhat forced manner. "Do I? Well I'd hardly think of it as romance. I suppose some may see a certain 'romance' in rivalry. But it's not as if I'm considering a criminal as a serious romantic prospect."

His close-eyed smile opens on the side of Akechi facing Zabu to stare at him, outside of the camera's angle on him. "Aha... hardly. I certainly don't expect to settle down as an Office Worker. However, just because my career is well underway, doesn't mean there's no value in an education at a proper university, don't you think?" He says, as he offers back to that point, "No, I fully intend to continue my studies to be of even greater use to society."

He then has to try his hardest not to frown at him bringing up Naoto. "I have nothing but respect for Shirogane-san." Akechi seems to be taking on a more guarded tone now, "I don't believe it's particularly relevant who would solve it first... so long as Justice is done. However, if I had to speculate for the sake of argument... given what I know of their prior cases." He pauses, as if considering the subject thoroughly, "I believe Shirogane-san and I would solve the case in a near equivalent amount of time. If it were a competition - it would be quite a close thing."

How humble!

However, let's take a brief look at Akechi's internal landscape right now:

"I must admit though, I would rather enjoy a competition like that-!" Akechi says, musing out loud. "However, with the stakes so high... I think it more likely the two of us would be working together."

"Well I do enjoy a good mystery book every now and then." Zabu laughs and shrugs at the camera. "But I guess I do have a decent judge of people so maybe I have my backup career as the Detective Prince III" Another laugh. Another quip to entertain the masses.

"Oh ho...Ex~cit~ing!" He responds to Akechi's claim that he was suitable for the case. "Then we can expect to see a showdown for the ages. I hope we get to see it all go down!"

Zabu notices that smile, making his wider too. Like beast showing its fangs in a grin. "No, of course not! I mean more of a poetic romance between rivals. Sherlock Holmes and Moriarty for example. Though I can see a movie there....star crossed lovers on either side of the law." Zabu looks at the camera and points. "I'm copyrighting that just in case. He winks and turns back to Akechi. "That is very true, Akechi-kun. Can you believe this boy? So dedicated to the justice and betterment of society!" There are actual applause from the panel.

The panel goes wild when Akechi proves he is just a humble. To not grandstand against one's processor? To speak of all parties with a sense of respect? Yowza!

"So you think you'd work together the case? It sounds like a manga set up. Two generations teaming up on their greatest case." Zabu smiles and taps a finger to his chin. "Lets hope it doesn't come to that as I think our lovely audience wants you to take the win.....Speaking of, lets leave our guest with a question from the panel." Zabu gets to his feet and walks to the second stage. He walks to the girl in Goro Akechi heart shirt and smiles. "What do you want to ask Akechi-kun?"

"Ummm, oh...Uh...Akechi-san, I was wondering if uh...who are your heroes? And also what you use in your hair since it's so pretty. Omigosh! I'm talking to him. EEEEEE"

Zabu smiles and chews his gum as he looks back to Akechi. "I asked for one question but it seems we have two. Akechi-kun, would you be so kind to close us out by answering either or both questions?"

"Oh my- do I have more competition in the room? Well, to declare yourself our successor... you must be a great deal younger than you appear!"

He says it so playfully! It's all in good fun, isn't it?

"Well, I'll do whatever I can to meet your expectations."

Then of the poetic romance between rivals, "Of course of course-!" He chuckles, "Though I'd say it's more akin 'Herlock Sholmes' and 'Arsene Lupin' myself... after all, Moriarty is more Mastermind than 'Gentleman Thief'."

Well, of course he'd say that, the Detective Prince has to be fully knowledgeable of Detective fiction, right?

"Aha-! Well of course! What reason would we have to compete, when we both have the same end?" He laughs, before the audience question comes.

And-!

The fangirl goes wild, Akechi looks mildly startled, like a boy befuddled and charmed by the fairer sex all at once.

"Aha... why yes you are. It'd be my pleasure to answer you."

Folding his fingers together, "My heroes - one might say it was somewhat fated. But I grew up on my mother's Detective Novels. She was a great fan of Edogawa Ranpo's work - with the character of Kogoro Akechi. One might say she named me after him. I sincerely hope that I'm able to meet her expectations with my work."

He says with a smile, Filial piety! What a guy! "I have others as well of course, Sherlock Holmes, Hercule Poirot, and even Philip Marlowe from the Western Noir genre. And then there's Shirogane-san. His young age when he solved his first case was inspirational, even to myself at the time."

Inspirational, as in Naoto Shirogane had everything - wealth, lineage, all the resources he did not to make his way in the world.

Akechi's definitely bitter.

"As for the latter... I believe I use a brand from a local Convenience Store?" Akechi looks up as if straining to remember, "I don't actually put all that much thought into it. I'm afraid my hair's naturally always been this way."

(He's lying, he has a whole treatment regimen and actually uses Yoru Relax the Brand as his main conditioner.)

"I hope that answer met your expectations, miss!" He tells her, cheerfully, "Though you needn't be shy about talking to me. I promise! I don't bite."

Zabu's teeth grind when Akechi mentions his age. He is still smiling because yes it was all in good fun. Keep the audience positive.

The fan girl eyes go wide when Akechi mentions "biting". She is bright red and ready to put such info in her Goro Akechi fanfic where he romances the beautiful Phantom Thief self insert character she wrote about.

Zabu nods slowly at Akechi's answer, knowing full well that convenience store conditioner wouldn't do what Akechi is claiming. Still, props to the kid for clearly thinking about his image. He wonders if Akechi has studied all those detectives or if it was part of this brand he was selling. Still, there was a chance Akechi was truly this ray of sunshine. A knight in shining armor perhaps.

Zabu can feel his stomach start to turn. He was going to keep an eye on this boy to see if he was useful. "Coming up, we look at some new trends in Sumaru. Can you believe what rumors are going around? Join us."

The stage hand calls clear and Zabu's smile dims just a little when the cameras turn off. "Good working with you, buddy. I hope you bring those criminals to justice quite soon. It would be good TV. Let me know if we can be there to see you bust the Phantom Thieves." He nods politely to Akechi, treating him with the respect usually reserved for adults.

Keep the audience happy. That was the key to success.

All in good fun! Such good fun between host and guest on TV!

Indeed Zabu pegs it correctly, that being overly concerned with his /hair/ wouldn't be masculine enough. It wouldn't be /boy next door/. There's an order in the chaos of his unruly mane.

Every single strand is exactly where he wants it to be.

But indeed, he's read nearly every piece of Detective Fiction that exists in Japan translated - and several in English.

"I know I can't wait to hear all about them." Akechi follows up the 'Can you believe what rumors are going around'. Getting a word in before the Stagehand calls 'clear'.

"And it was a pleasure working with you as well, Gessou-san." He says, as he extends his right hand to shake it. "I'll keep that in mind, when the time comes."

He definitely sounds like he's taking it seriously! The publicity tours after he defeats the Phantom Thieves - ah, they'll be epic, he can already see them now.

Keep the audience happy. Akechi looks towards his fans in the audience, and smiles at them one last time.

He is ever so good to his fans.

----"Boss, I don't think we can keep doing this." Ken says sadly, rubbing the back of his neck as he looks over at the blue haired punk, who is sitting on the edge of the stage. Eikichi was silent for the moment, finding himself unable to find the words just yet. Was this the end of Gas Chamber?

This is happening because Ken, Shogo, and Takeshi want Eikichi to go further. The three know that they can't carry the boss any further.

Ken sighs looking over at the other two members of Gas Chamber, who remain silent for the moment, letting Ken break this news to Eikichi. The two are close so it should come from Ken.

"We worked our asses off, Boss, but there is no reaching you anymore. In order to get you to your next stop on this journey, the guys and I....we need to step down, Boss. I'm sorry/" Ken is kinda tearing up as he says these things, looking away when Eikichi almost starts to tear up as well. This was always going to be hard but it needs to happen.

Finally Eikichi looks up, nodding his head slowly. He puts on a brave face and prepares to officially disband Gas Chamber. He wipes a tear from his eyes before speaking up. "Without you guys, I don't think I can do this..."

"No, Boss...You aren't giving up. That isn't going to happen." Shogo finally speaks up.

"Yeah, you can't give up because we can't match up to your passion." Takeshi adds bluntly.

"Which is why we have already been looking for our replacements..." Ken crosses his arms and meets eyes with Eikichi. "Boss, we aren't abandoning you...If anything we're just changing how we work in this band."

"It's not going to be the same..." Eikichi sighs and looks downstage. He tries to image another group up here with him. The blue haired deliqnuent can't picture it yet. Or maybe he doesn't want to yet. "It's not gonna be the same."

"No. It's not. Honestly, the people we have scouted are a different vibe...Just like you." Ken nods slowly. "But with some real talent behind you....You're gonna go far, Boss. And we'll be cheering you on the whole way."

Eikichi looks between the members of his crew, standing on stage finally. He isn't sure what the future has instore but it felt like Eikichi was moving toward something. "Alright...If you guys are sure, then I can't really fight back. I guess Gas Chamber is about to have a new line up!"
