Advancement

Advancement on Velvet Room MUSH comes in three primary forms. The first is simple: your Equipment gets better over time! The second is gained over time via a point system. The third is Persona Evolution. There is an additional benefit that is coming later, and will be described at that time.

XP

XP is gained per week: if you have at least one scene for which you receive a +vote, you gain XP! XP can be spent on benefits according to the following chart. Note that Mythic forms gain no benefit to their Arcana System forms from XP. This is the downside of starting at the top!

  • Note that the 'Account XP' listed on the display is used for all characters; each character has the full amount.

Note that these benefits are compiled in total; at 15 XP you have a total of 15 stat points, 3 Trait points, 2 Passive points, and two additional attacks (1 Weak, 1 Strong) above your baseline statblock.
