A shy lover of technology who is self-conscious about her perceived lack of femininity. Proficient in building and repairs, especially of audio equipment - and, to a degree, hacking.

• Shinobu Shimizu - OC, centered in Sumaru City's Hirasaka Ward. Middle sister of three. Rotates from job to job, picking up skills and contacts along the way... while occasionally patrolling the city for signs of supernatural trouble.
