Jorge Itsuki Salvador Hayashi (if one uses the name on his birth certificate), was born in Brazil to a Brazilian mother and a half-Japanese father. Most of his immediate family moved to Japan in 2010 as a result of his father's programming work in the Tokyo area. Boastful and extroverted, and a good student as well as athlete, until recently Itsuki attended Gekkoukan High. He received a transfer to Shujin as of the fall of 2012, where his older brother once attended and is currently trying to fit in there. Those with an ear for rumors though will know that there's a particular one about the 'son of a Brazilian judoka' with a 'knock-out punch' that started spreading recently, and indeed, Itsuki's mother once won the Bronze for Brazil in the '92 Olympics in for judo. Fourth of six children, his is a large family, but all seems to be not quite well at home.

1. It's Plantastic! (Academics): It's time for plant talk! Botany? You bet your garden! And don't think this is just sensu stricto: if it's not an animal and it's something someone might consider a plant (even wrongly) then Itsuki can talk a little sensu lato, too. It's a wide world of growing things, and not all of them are green!
2. Hail Mary (Guts): Sometimes when someone's up against the wall, they might just want to call for a little help and hope they're heard by a greater power. Then, because good acts are better than good thoughts, do whatever needs doing.
