(|============================= Hirasaka - Main ==============================|)
-=============================================== Sumaru City/Hirasaka Ward ====-
The westernmost ward of the city, and also the one furthest inland, Hirasaka is
considered one of the least desirable places to live in Sumaru. This is in part
due to the bad reputation of local Kasugayama High School, nicknamed "Kasu High"
by its students and "Cuss High" by its detractors. A school of overwhelmingly
boys but some errant girls, it's said to be for delinquents, poors, and other
"problem" children. Just down the street is Sumaru Prison, which is not a prison
but an underground club with a live stage, and either way the parents of Sevens
students hate it.
It's not all bad in Hirasaka, though. The shopping is second to none, with a
huge five-story mall called Smile Hirasaka that offers a wide variety of
businesses and conference meeting rooms; just be sure to go on a day when the
stores aren't closed. For those who want a more homey atmosphere for their
purchases, there's Kameya Alley. Plenty of office buildings populate the area,
too.

The Prison is still the place to find Eikichi Mishina and Gas Chamber gang on their off time. Even those in the Death Boss Gang hang out among the falling apart prison fixtures. To and outsider, it seems to be this intimidating lair of low lifes who might do bad things to you. You need a Courage of "Confidant" to continue past the icy stares and harsh language.
...
On closer inspection, most are in a furious game of Fairie: The Beckoning...just a bunch of delinquents and weirdos playing a children's card game.
Off to the side, on the stage under a spotlight, Eikichi practices his guitar, hitting a few vocal notes every now and then. Practice was over but Eikichi wanted to go a little longer.
This was his art....also his faerie deck was bad. He didn't like that weird game! Heart of the cards? Screw that! Give him something like that game with the animals making a village! Or music games like the dancing ones or karaoke games. Those were more of the Death Boss' thing.
So the others were being nerds and Eikichi aka Michelle was being a workaholic ARTIST in his corner of the Prison. It was something to behold for someone seeing it for the first time.

Lisa Silverman knows that going to Hirasaka occasionally involves being bothered by Cuss High students, but it's worth it, because she wants to go annoy one herself. In a pink coat with white fur, she walks along the street near the Prison, fashionable jeans and cute boots completing the outfit. She reaches the Prison and pauses, hearing the noise inside...
tThen the door opens! Lisa's Guts is Solid!
"Hey," she says, coming down the spiral staircase, lifting ayebrow at everybody playing a game. "Michel, right?' she remembers.
"Nice that you're practicing even when everybody else is playing something."
Beat, "But under the spotlight even at practice..." Tsk, tsk.
Lisa grins. "Let's talk, Boss."
<Pose Tracker> Eikichi Mishina has posed.
The Death Boss' ears catch her cute boots a little before Lisa Silverman appears. The blue haired punk looks up, grinning as he turns his head to meet her gaze immediately. Some of it was designed to intimidate.
Some of it was because Eikichi knew, more or less the sounds of everyone who came here...Not even his precious sweet Miyabi would be wearing shoes to the old Prison. So The Death Boss also has his brow raised cuz it reads as suspicious.
Then he registers who he is looking at and looks almost disappointed. "Ah, It's just you...Almost thought the New World Order sent a pretty assassin to end my rising star"
He almost seems to be sparkling in the light, which makes his white make up pop more. It's...something.
"Ah but it is you, Lisa Silverman of Muses, since we're using our stage names." He smiles smartly because there is no malice here as he adds. "Better known to me as Ginko."
"To be fair to my bandmates, they worked their asses off earlier and I'm just using my time to be worthy of being the leader, ya know? So whats up? What brings you to the wrong side of the tracks?"
<Pose Tracker> Lisa Silverman has posed.
"New World Order, huh..?"
Lisa considers that. "I'm no assassin, but I'll take 'pretty'. I was supposed to be Miss Sevens, after all."
Sparkling in the light is kind of... almost nostalgic. There's something familiar here, but instead of making her feel bad like usual, it makes her feel a little bolder.
She rolls her eyes. "One of these days that stupid nickname is going to stick," she sighs.
"You Yisi..." Interesting. "But that's cool," she says of his bandmates. "It's important to relax after practice; if you go go go all the time, you'll collapse when it's time to get on stage."
A beat, "I want to talk some of the weird stuff we saw at the TV station. Is that something to talk to with everybody, or you wanna hang out with just me for a few?"
They'll assuredly fight again. But for now, Eikichi is downright tolerable.
<Pose Tracker> Eikichi Mishina has posed.
Eikichi watches Lisa, smiling as a sort of nostalgia hangs in the back of his mind as he takes it all in. Her voice. Her attitude. How she seemed to have some idea of how to fight based on the events of last time they met. He could sympathize with being new to all of this. Even if he isn't an expert...
So his features soften and he puts down the guitar completely as he looks at her with knowing eyes.
"It's a lot to take in. It isn't for the faint of heart...well it shouldn't be." He offers, smiling as he relaxes his posture considerably. "So what do you know ? I don't want to play like I'm a) someone who has a doctorate in this junk or b) like you're some kinda kid either. It's a weird world but like this stuff is as scary as you make it. You do something stupid, you get stupid results in the end. Like I was there when they killed the Joker Killer. I've seen some pretty smart people with this stuff and some real idiots who get it in the end."
"First off, it's not the end of the world. As you saw, a lot of people have this inside of them."
<Pose Tracker> Lisa Silverman has posed.
"Definitely not," Lisa agrees, about the faint of heart. "Hmm. You're being really humble about this..."
"It's kinda weird?" she admits. "But it's cool. Thanks for not treating me like some dumb girl."
She walks the rest of the way in--if everybody else goes without their shoes in here, she'll slip out of her boots, but otherwise they stay on.
"It is pretty scary," she admits. "But it's good that I can protect the people I care about, too. I dunno, it feels normal. As for what I know..."
"It's called 'Persona'," she rattles off, "There's a lot of people who work together with it," and, "And there's people out there who want to use it to do bad things like kidnap innocent girls who are temporarily monsters."
"Got it right so far?"
"...i guess I'm less looking for guidance and more..."
"I have some friends already, who have this power. But most of them aren't in town. So... I want to make a friend. Even if it's someone who gives me weird names."
<Pose Tracker> Eikichi Mishina has posed.
Eikichi listens to her, shrugging his shoulders when he is called humble. "I simply know this isn't a very normal thing to be brought into....Most of my crew knows of this stuff but don't really know it as well as...living it. So again, I understand where you are and how my ~~~magnificence~~~ might chaff with someone unused to the world down here, ya get me?"
The Death Boss was savvy enough to know when to cut the theatrics to a minimum. So he claps his hand and the rest of the lights come on to accommodate Lisa into the prison's somewhat welcoming metaphorical embrace.
Eikichi stands ands tilts his head at her proposal. "Heh. Us, friends? Hmmm, Heh, for some reason that sounds pretty good." He feels a flicker of something in his mind. He doesn't register it at first but there is a whisper in the back of his thoughts as this continues. It was this weird deja vu that seemed to ooze out of this whole exchange.
Eikichi grins softly, nodding. "Yeah, I admittedly could use more friends around here too. Most of the people in my school have their own things going on so it's hard to get all the answers. Always feels like I'm in the middle of someone else's story."
<Pose Tracker> Lisa Silverman has posed.
"Well, whatever works!" Lisa decides on it.
Lights!! It might be annoying to those who have gotten used to the dark, but Lisa appraciates not tripping over everybody's game. "Don't mind me!" she says as she moves past a band member, and then finishes making her way over...
"I mean, we're both musicians, I guess? Maybe that's why." She doesn't get it either... but it seems easier than it should be. Oh well. She decided she'd protect this world, so whatever weird feelings she has...
"Cool," Lisa says. "Yeah. I know some members of that SEES group? But they're all focused in Iwatodai... so I figure, better to focus on people who are local, too. That way we can get to the bottom of that conspiracy stuff."
"...That woman they sent after me..." Lisa looks pained, all of a sudden. "She was so sad. I don't understand what she wanted.. but anybody who thinks the whole world isn't good enough has to be in trouble, right?"
She shakes her head. "Anyway that's the shape of it. ...Unlike you, though, I can't raelly tell my bandmates about it... They have too much on their minds already."
Pause. "Uh, not that yours don't. It's just, they don't remember any of it..."
<Pose Tracker> Eikichi Mishina has posed.
Eikichi blinks as he realizes now he might've thrown off his friends' games. "Sorry, guys! Sorry!" He laughs awkwardly as he watches Lisa come on over and justify their alliance. It was true they were both musicians...on paper as far Eikichi's opinions of idols goes but nevertheless.
He nods at the mention of SEES. He's been meaning to look up Shinjiro and his gang of super cops of whatever. For now, the punk was more concerned his music and the immediate danger. Meaning The Dark Hour and the Phantom Thieves were above his pay grade for the moment. That said there was this New World Order and the mysteries of Rumors to worry about in the immediate area.
"Heh. I mean we're just kinda around this stuff in this town of ours. Once you see past the curtain, you can't stop seeing things you've always known were there."
"I'd say I didn't know what it's like at Sevens but you know I'm there often. Even there, I see the edges of the world of Persona and the ...whatever you call this fucked up universe. The Dark Hour, The Metaverse, Shadows, Demons. Even at Sevens, it's there and you know that now."
"Even Miyabi knows some of it but somehow has avoided having the door opened."
"So how you want to do this, Ginko? I feel like we gotta make it an official gang or something. Plus we could build up heat for your career. Scandalwhoisthatidolhangingwiththatpicturesquedelinquent?!It'sMICHELANDHEBREAKSINTOTHEMAINSTREAM! We could make it work to both our benefit!"
<Pose Tracker> Lisa Silverman has posed.
Eikichi just hasn't seen how hard Miipo works at her lyrics, yet. Or how hard Sheba seems to work at... everything, with her private lessons with Ginji and all.
but for now...
"Right. There's like... so much going on? Rumors happening? What's up with that? And creepy guys all over. And that weird Velvet Room." Pause. "Maybe that's the same thing, Yukari-chan seems to think so.."
"Right, you're there enough, and I've seen it. It's gone after my friends--there's no way I'm just staying on the sidelines."
She grimaces though. "Dark Hour. That sucks."
Miyabi... Hmm. "I hear it has to do with playing 'Master Persona' as a kid. But I just heard the rumor."
Then she lifts an eyebrow. "Both our benefit, huh...?"
"Well, a gang's gotta be more than two people. So let's gather up some others, and then... yeah, let's do it. Here, let me trade contact info with you."
Lisa mutters, "Not even the biggest scandal I'd be having..."
<Pose Tracker> Eikichi Mishina has posed.
Eikichi is also thinking of the cutesy moe stuff of Idols. While Muses didn't seem to be that type of group, it was still in that weird zone of commercial catering to emotionally capturing fans. In a lot of ways, the Death Boss was just ignorant of idols.
"Then lets stop being on the sidelines. First thing, we oughta do is get you on Dark Side so we can tap into whats going on. Also cuz I didn't understand a lick of whats going on in that website. Maybe you'll get it better than I did."
"Doesn't it? First time I dealt with it, I almost got my lights knocked out getting into this tower that SEES supposedly deals with...Ugh. Not a pretty story."
"That kids game? Gotta be more than that. Otherwise, a bunch of bratty kids would be terrorizing everyone."
He nods as she points out the obvious. "Heh, hasn't stopped some gangs I know but point taken. As I said, I know some people who might fit."
"Huh?" Eikichi looks over again as Lisa mutters something about an American named Randal. Must be the idol's secret love affair. Or something even more spicy. Her Kung fu master!
Eikichi's mind rattles off the possibilities before nodding. "Yeah. Lets trade info so we can get the first part of the alliance done."
"But there is one other thing."
Eikichi says this mysteriously before producing a burned cd of David Bowie's discography. He presents this to the girl with a serious expression. "If we are friends, you must get into this man's work. It is fundamental."
<Pose Tracker> Lisa Silverman has posed.
The Death Boss... is probably not the biggest idol guy, no.
"Dark Side, huh? That's not some weird thing, right?" she confirms. A website... "Well, worth a shot, sure."
The Dark Hour does suck. "All that blood all over and green sky and stuff... Yuck. Makes me not want to stay up so late." Then she laughs. "I guess that's true. We've only got a few bratty kids running around."
Some people who might fit... like Jun, say.
As it happens, Lisa is definitely thinking about her secret love affair. Shh!
"Sounds good. Uh?"
She pauses, and looks down. She looks over the CD, and back up to Eikichi. "OK, what kind of weird-ass..."
Pause. "Oh."
"Duh. Of course I know David Bowie. Who do you think I am, some uncultured loser?"
Her pronunciation of David Bowie's name, however, is terrible. Regardless she grins. "I've got layers, too. Just because the music I like is dance music doesn't mean I don't know a lot of it."
