At first glance, Hibari Aoki doesn't look like she fits in at Kasugayama. She seems more like someone to be bullied than someone who can stand up for herself; unthreatening and physically unimposing, she originally struggled until she made a position for herself as Kasugayama's rumourmonger and information dealer. She tries to keep the reason she's at Kasugayama quiet, but rumours still spread that she's an embarrassment to her family and has a criminal record... though nobody quite agrees on what she did. Hibari comes off as outwardly easygoing; she's considered social, generous, and even a little soft, but shrewd and adept enough to control the flow of information in Kasugayama High, where she's said to hear everything eventually. But that bit of softness conceals an iron core. Though she's known as a rumourmonger with her finger on the pulse of both the mundane and supernatural communities, she's not believed to be a Persona-user even by those who know of such things, merely surprisingly knowledgeable and with contacts - but recently she has secretly gotten involved in the supernatural personally, wearing the mask of Rebellion against a criminal system that came down on her to 'teach her a lesson' and who protect the rich and powerful from the consequences of their actions.

Persona

Danzaburou: Danzaburou was one of the three most famous bake-danuki of Japan. An extremely talented shapeshifter, he was a thief who enjoyed misdirecting or tricking humans with illusions and mirages so that he could live the high life. He also had a softer side; he was said to lend his ill-gotten gains to the less fortunate or gift them with some of his own phantasmal luxury. He looks like a short, rotund humanoid animal that could be a raccoon-dog or a badger, with pale fur, aside from a dark mask-like pattern across the eyes and face that makes them look permanently amused. Danzaburou wears the clothing of historic wealth: a luxurious haori worn without the expected kimono beneath, their round belly exposed, and hakama, dark but glittering with silver thread patterns. A gunbai made of precious metals is carried in one hand, and a single golden leaf perches behind one ear, almost like a hairpin.
