"I will not lose heart again, ever. I will go full speed, non-stop!"

If you look up "straight-laced" in the dictionary, you might just find Makoto Niijima's picture there. A stern, serious, studious young woman who acts as president of Shujin Academy's student council, Makoto is so straight-laced that many of her fellow students think of her as a rules-following robot. While it's true she has trouble relating to others, Makoto loves panda goods, trains in aikido martial arts, has a motorcycle license, and genuinely wants to do right by her peers. Nonetheless, her image serves her well when deflecting attention from the Phantom Thieves as one of their own, codename Queen; who'd think such a goody-two-shoes is actually secretly stealing hearts in another world?

Previous Info

The student council president of Shujin Academy, Makoto Niijima has a reputation of being little more than a tool of the school's oppressive faculty, only made worse by her inaction during the Kamoshida incident. An honor student focused on her studies, Makoto's whole high school existence has been towards getting into a good university and being able to relieve her older sister of the burden that is taking care of her, with little time for any life outside of that. Now tasked by the Principal of Shujin Academy with finding evidence of the Phantom Thieves on pain of losing her recommendation, Makoto has set her eyes on Shujin's newest transfer student--unaware of what this will lead her into.

Persona

Johanna: The mysterious female pope of the Middle Ages. She posed as a man and eventually made it all the way up to pope due to her unrivaled intellect. Her existence shook the history of the Catholic church. As a Persona, Johanna takes the form of a bulky silver motorcycle with a humanoid face under a helmet like windshield, with many sharp angles and edges.
