2026-10-19: Misunderstandings
- Log: Misunderstandings
- Cast: Kazusa Motojima, Ryuji Sakamoto, Ichika Kawase
- Where: Kazusa's Studio
- OOC Date: October 19, 2026
- IC Date: Sunday, January 27, 2013
- Summary: Kazusa and Ryuji struck up a deal to collaborate on his food vlog. Kazusa invited Ryuji over to her studio so they could discuss cameras and other things. Except... KAzusa forgot to mention her studio was also a studio apartment. And that may not be the only misunderstanding at play. Thankfully, Ryuji brought his girlfriend along, and that that will definitely make the situation much clearer.
(|============================= Kazusa's Studio ==============================|)
-========================================================= Tokyo/Akihabara ====-
Kazusa's studio is on the fifth floor and tucked into a corner at the end of a
long hallway. It is a single room, long and skinny. Immediately by the door is a
patch of unfinished concrete that serves as the studio's genkan, or entrance
room, along with a few pairs of slippers for guests to use. Past that the floor
is finished concrete, while overhead silver ducts and wiring conduits are
plainly visible, along with a skylight.
Down the left side of the room are a closet, bathroom, and then a kitchenette.
By the kitchenette is a large window on the far wall and a round wooden table.
Tucked in the opposite corner is a folding table with ikebana and calligraphy
supplies. Along the right wall is another large window, and in the last corner
is a loft. There's no bed there (notably, there is also no couch), just stacks
of cardboard boxes. Underneath the loft, however, is Kazusa's studio.
Tucked into the corner is a large, sturdy c-shaped desk made of heavy, polished
wood, with a high-end office chair in the middle. In the center are two flat
panel monitors, with a plush rabbit and stuffed owl sitting between them. The
wall above the monitor has several shelves filled with anime figurines and
various tchotchkes.
The right arm of the desk is left open for working with physical media with a
lamp and various drawing supplies lined up against the wall. Above this is a
corkboard with a cluster of various references and mood images pinned to it. On
the left arm of the desk sits a large Quintic tablet resting in a sturdy metal
frame, with a stylus standing in a base and a half-glove, a smear guard, resting
beside it.
While the shelves over the desk are new, beside the desk are several bookshelves
made of older, industrial-looking metal. One is filled with all kinds of printed
media: magazines and reference books covering things like fashion, historical
clothing, anime, manga, and video games, as well as magazines like Coolest and
several sets of manga stacked high. The other has some more manga, but is also
packed full with various anime and movie DVDs, music CDs, and a substantial game
collection. All of it seemingly kept here to keep it away from prying eyes, with
several collector's boxes proudly displayed (including a few Night Parade ones.)
<Pose Tracker> Kazusa Motojima has posed.
Kazusa might actually be in something of a good mood for once. Or at least, as close to one as she ever gets. The Homunculus is defeated, she had a nice overnight trip away from Tokyo with a friend, and she was about to exercise her artistic ambitions, even if her collaborator was, perhaps, a very unlikely one.
She's seated at her C-shaped desk, with several spec sheets open on one monitor side by side with a list on the other monitor. She's dressed very unlike how she ever dresses at school or while out, in a large, oversized pink hoodie, purple joggers, her hair up in a bun with a couple of pencils, and a pair of glasses.
(They're blue light glasses. She only wears them for the look.)
... She might have forgotten to clarify with Ryuji that her 'studio' was also a studio apartment, but that this definitely doesn't count as 'inviting him over to her place' despite what it looks like on a map.
It's probably fine. She said studio, that should clarify everything.
The apartment building itself is off the main strip of Akiba, though it's only a short walk to get there. It used to be an old warehouse, made of concrete, since converted to studio apartments. And Kazusa's studio is on the top floor.
Kazusa hums along with some pop music playing at a low volume as she moves another item to the list. When she hears the doorbell shell call out, "Just a moment!" and go to answer the door.
<Pose Tracker> Ryuji Sakamoto has posed.
Ryuji is indeed a little wide eyed when he arrives at an apartment building. He was expecting a tastful art installation like K*nami or N**tendo NOT A MODERN THINKING RECLAIMED DWELLING. Oh man. It is good that he brought you know who. Now things can't go wrong. He smiles at his thoughts, nodding as everything is going to be ok.
Dressed in a t-shirt, vest, and comfortable pants, He presses the buzz after climbing the stairs. During his ascent, he was thinking about how it is very strange that Kazusa isn't getting the hint. He thought he was clear with her and while he should've cut her off, he needed the help and being her friend wasn't the end of the world. In a lot of ways, he felt sorry for her. But life isn't Romeo and Juliet. Sometimes your worlds are too different.
He blinks as he realizes he's been zoning out. "Sorry hun...I just had a little...what were you saying?" Ryuji doesn't do this often but man thinking about another girl. Especially one he didn't feel anything beyond friendship for....He felt guilty kinda.
"Look, I didn't know it was her studio Apartment...Maybe it's good you came with." Ryuji is gonna just play this safe. He reaches for the buzzer and presses down, suddenly wondering if this is going to go bad. He has a few drops of perspiration on his forehead as he considers the worst outcome. Oh no. Ichika could get into trouble since isn't Kazusa the heiress of one of those video game companies? Like was it one of those Eroge companies or something like N**Tendo? Ryuji feels himself worry more as he waits for the door to open. He needs to make it clear.
"Uh, hey Kazusa...This is Ichika, the woman in my life. She is important so like please keep it professional and know that my eyes are completely on your hair...which is nice by the way...But hey wait I"
<Pose Tracker> Ichika Kawase has posed.
Things totally can't go wrong. It's in someone's contract. Unfortunately for everyone involved, Ichika Kawase didn't read it.
ichika's in twin shirts--one a tanktop, one long-sleeved--in green and gray, and a short black skirt with thigh-highs and boots. It's normal clothes for her, but between the cleavage and the spiked accessories she definitely stands out.
...it's kind of hard for her not to stand out, with her bleached hair, among other things. Either way, it's definitely not an oversized hoodie.
"Huh," Ichika says when she sees that it is apartments. During the ascent... Hmmm.
"..." Ichika had been talking about the newspaper at her school--she's a little annoyed that Ryuji was zoned out. And then--
"Yeah, probably," Ichika agrees about it being good. "I'm not really into you going to some other girl's apartment when it's like that..."
But as the door opens--
"...?" Ichika says, looking to Ryuji. He protests a little too much. "...you do have nice hair," Ichika agrees dubiously. She towers, though; a little over 170cm, Ichika is very tall for a girl, and she happens to be turning all her sukeban scrutiny on Kazusa.
"Hey. I'm Ichika Kawase. I hear you're doing some editing. ..Sounds cool."
She doesn't blink.
<Pose Tracker> Kazusa Motojima has posed.
Kazusa would love a proper art studio. But this was the most discrete setup her and her grandparents could arrange.
... But yes. Definitely nothing can go wrong, especially when Ryuji is so certain there are hints not being got.
Ignore the senation of impending dread.
Motojima Corporation, as it happens, is a consumer electronics company that sells lots of things, including video games. (But not, directly, eroge content.)
Kazusa opens the door, and starts to say something but stops when she sees someone else and just kind of freezes up as her eyes track up towards Ichika's face.
... why is she so tall?
She might be staring for slightly longer than is necessary, but she's also just trying to process what the heck is going on.
Kazusa might not be a sukeban herself, but she at least has 'corporate heiress' energy. She turns her attention back to Sakamoto, hissing angrily between clenched teeth. "Sakamoto! What the hell do you think you're doing!? I told you, nobody else can know about this. That was my first condition!"
It's then that her brain catches up to processing what Ryuji's said. 'Please keep it professional.' Her cheeks flush and her fists clench. "I don't know what you thought was going on here but I'm just here to discuss video editing! So stop rubbing your stupidly tall girlfriend in my face!"
She presses her palm of her hand to her forehead, trying to stave off the inevitable migraine. "Ugggh. Just--" She backs up from the door so the other two can enter. "Come in before the whole apartment building hears us."
She crosses her arms, looking at Ichika. "... Kazusa Motojima. Yes, that Motojima." She turns to glare at Ryuji. "You'd better have a good explanation for this."
<Pose Tracker> Ryuji Sakamoto has posed.
"What is going on here? You said Studio so I assumed one of those places with the room where you lay down a track and I bust out the rhymes. Not studio apartment! It's on you to be clear!" Ryuji is doing his best because he feels the chill down his spine.
Man is he going to get it and it wasn't his fault. He's seen anime! Studio doesn't mean apartment like ever! "Plus she doesn't go to our school so outside of your social universe. Also if she found out I went here she'd kill us both, which I think is still on the table."
Ryuji looks over to Ichika and tries to cut in between his video editor and his very scary (which was hot) girlfriend. "Hi honey...I would like to give her the benefit of the doubt. Maybe she meant Studio Apartment. Ha Ha...yeah so lets not kill each other and calm down."
But then something catches Ryuji. He turns his head and looks at Kazusa with a raised brow. "Hmmm what do you mean 'rubbing it in your face'?" Does he knooooow? Has he figured out all of this is misunderstanding for one reason. "heh, she is tall, huh? One of the things I love about her."
Nope.
Ryuji follows people inside, feeling the chill in the room almost immediately. "How about I go make some tea?" Ryuji offers someone else's tea and refreshments because he desperately wants to avoid the carnage.
<Pose Tracker> Ichika Kawase has posed.
Ichika's eyes stay down on Kazusa's face. She does notice the stare, but that doens't necessarily mean much to her. Unfortunately, corporate heiress energy doesn't impress Ichika much. She just lifts an eyebrow at her response. "What's with the secrecy?" zhe asks. "You invite my boyfriend to your apartment and you're damned right I'm going to want to know what's going on."
Don't kill them? "I'm not going to hurt you, Ryuji," she says, which notably is not a 'them'. But the benefit of the doubt...
"Sure," Ichika says. "I mean, it's not like she's dressed to seduce."
"..."
"Yeah, i'm pretty tall," she says. "But you're the one shouting and making a scene."
She acepts the invitation inside, but then on the way asks, "What does your family have to do with it, anyway? Am I supposed to be impressed?"
"...If you want to impress me, you should show me the video editing. Ryuji-kun works hard on his reviews."
But she contemplates that. Rubbing his girlfriend in her face...?
Ichika looks around the studio.
<Pose Tracker> Kazusa Motojima has posed.
Lay down a track and bust a rhyme? Kazusa stares at Ryuji like he just grew a second and third head. "I'm not a musician!" she snaps. She pinches the bridge of her nose. "I was clear!" She hadn't been. "I said studio. This is my studio." She gestures over to her desk setup tucked under the loft. "See? That's my studio setup right there. My computer and my drawing tablet and everything."
"We picked a studio apartment as-- as-- as camouflage! So my father wouldn't find out!" Not that it helped, in the long run.
Say, wasn't there some hay about this girl being caught in cosplay and chewed out by her father in public at a convention? Ryuji could have heard the rumors, but Tsubasa was actually there.
"The secrecy," she explains (angrily) to to Ichika, "is because there's people I can't afford to find out my art. I invited my client to a studio. I don't even live here!"
There is a long, silent glare as Ryuji raises the point that Ichika is outside of their social universe. She snorts angrily and looks away. "Fine. You have one point in your favor." She looks at Ichika and frowns. "Where do you go, anyway?"
"What do I mean?" she turns her attention back to Ryuji, still scowling. "I just happen to run into you in Akiba, and when I try to apologize for blowing up at you at the movie theater you cut me off to say you have a girlfriend. I arrange a meeting in my studio and you bring her along. I'm not interested in you. I'm never going to be interested in you. All I want is to edit your videos and build up my portfolio. That's it."
'I mean, it's not like she's dressed to seduce.'
Kazusa turns bright red, and she can feel the headache throbbing."I'm not interested in seducing your boyfriend or any other stupid boy. There's not even a bed or a couch here! Augh!" She turns and stomps over to her desk, leaning against it and taking in several deep breaths to try and calm down.
Ryuji offers someone else's tea, but oddly Kazusa... doesn't seem to mind. Without looking she gestures towards the kitchenette. "Electric kettle on the bottom, tea bags and cups on top. Don't touch the sado stuff, that belongs to someone else." She means the tea ceremony implements.
"My family has everything to do with it," she says sullenly. "It's just--ugh. If you want to see video editing, fine." She sits down in her chair, and quickly pulls up a video editing program. She turns up the speakers and turns the monitor outwards so it can be watched without having to cram into the middle of the desk configuration with her.
What follows is a little bit nicer version of what she did in the ramen shop on her laptop: it's basically a reedited version of one of his episodes, still using the same footage (which she can only do so much with), but now it has a title card with custom art, a star wipe into the video, some royalty free music, and a star wipe into a simple credits page, with some more custom art.
She crosses her arms as the video plays. She's still learning, but the right equipment goes a long way.
<Pose Tracker> Ryuji Sakamoto has posed.
Ryuji cringes as Kazusa rightly lays into him. He stares at her with a vacant expression as she pretty much says she's not into boys. Does that mean he's a rather feminine boy? Dude. The blonde's jaw drops and he just hugs himself in deep thought. Could that be like Ichika was into him? It's true he isn't hairy and manly but dude.
No. Focus on the tea. The tea is safe. The tea is being made exactly as instructed. He just turns on the kettle after adding water, staring at the heating element to avoid leaving the safety of tea making. This was going so badly, Ryuji thinks to himself as he finds himself continuing to cringe as each moment ticks down to disaster.
Ryuji turns to grin at Ichika. "See! She does a good job. I think this all is a big misunderstanding. Heh. Heh." He has that smile on his face when he is walking on metaphorical eggshells. When he knows he's in trouble. Man, where was Tsubasa when you needed them? They would've seen this coming a mile away.
Ryuji leans out of the kitchen. "Does anyone have a preference or do we just want me to bring the bags I see here." He then remember the cold air outside the warm safety of the kitchen, feeling his smile strain. "You know, I'll bring the bags. Give you two some space."
Ryuji blinks when she mentions there is no bed. "That hasn't stopped---you know nevermind!"
<Pose Tracker> Ichika Kawase has posed.
"Yeah, your studio that's also an apartment," Ichika says, frowning as Kazusa lays into Ryuji, even as he backs off. "...But that makes sense. I'm not gonna tell your dad, though. I'm not a cop or something." This seems obvious enough to her, anyway. "I'm not one of those people, so it's fine."
One point? "I'm a third year at Kasugayama, in Sumaru."
Tea!!
Not interested in boyfriends or stupid boys...
Hmmm. Ichika tilts her head, watching Kazusa.
"I mean, a girl who knows what she's doing can seduce just fine in something comfy," she allows. "But sure, sure. You're not into my boyfriend. I believe you."
"I'll take some sugar," she says to Ryuji, and actually does mean sugar. She then walks over to the video editing, and considers. Hmm...
"Yeah, you're good," Ichika says. "Cool."
She starts to say something else--and then Ryuji comments on the lack of bed. She laughs at that one.
"Ok, that's true," she says. "But seriously, it does seem like a misunderstanding..."
Pause. "But there's a different misundderstanding going on here, too."
"...You've both got things to win on in this arrangement. That's good. I entirely believe that you're not out to steal Ryuji-kun or something, and that you just want to build your portfolio. But."
Ichika speaks gently as she lifts her hands snd presses her short-nailed fingers together, index and thumb both.
"But if you keep talking to your busines partner--to him--like that, then this arrangement is going to be over, and you are going to be shoved face-first into your trash can."
"Do we understand each other?"
<Pose Tracker> Kazusa Motojima has posed.
No, Ryuji. That's not what Kazusa isa saying at all. (Well, part of it sort of is but the conclusion is so far from anything Kazusa meant, she legitimately would not know how to respond to it.)
"Kasugayama..." Kazusa stares at Ichika for a moment. "wait--isn't that the--the reform school? How... you know what, nevermind. I don't want to know."
"Stop talking about seducing. Because I don't--" This time she catches herself and cuts herself off.
Ryuji asks about the tea bags, and Kazusa reaches over to lift up a can from her desk. "I have a canned coffee. But you two knock yourselves out."
There is a sharp glare at Ryuji as he comments on the lack of beds. Or at least starts to.
She gives a sullen nod as Ichika and Ryukii both compliment her skills. "Thanks." A misunderstanding. "Thank you," she says, starting to calm down though still a touch indignant.
But when Ichika lays down the lay, Kazusa stares at her for a long time before turning away and taking a long, deep breath. "Dammit," she mutters to herself. "Why..."
Why does she keep reacting to things like this? What's wrong with her?
She pinches the bridge of her nose and forces herself to inhale deeply. "Look. I'm sorry I snapped. I just... have a lot riding on this, but I shouldn't take that out on the two of you."
She drops her hand into her lap, turning back to face the other two. "My father doesn't..." She breaks eye contact to look down. "... he doesn't really... approve. So I really need you to two to not let this get out into Shujin's rumor mill, okay? Because if it gets out there, it'll get back to my father, and..."
She lets that thought trail off. She looks a little bit deflated now.
<Pose Tracker> Ryuji Sakamoto has posed.
Ryuji stares as Ichika defends his honor. There are a lot of guys who'd be turned off by a girl fighting back in their armor. Ryuji isn't one of them. He watches the whole affair with red cheeks, wondering how he got such a cool girlfriend who lit his fire so.
As she gives her side of the story, Ryuji finishes up getting the tea and various other things like sugar, milk, soy sauce, ketchup, etc on a makeshift tray. He sets it down and grins at Ichika before looking back to Kazusa. He took in everything she said, feeling himself tense that another shitty adult was being shitty. He wanted to go beat the tar out of Kazusa's father.
"Look, I know you don't believe us but we keep a lot of secrets. We don't want to lose your service either. It's not in our best interest for this all to go beyond this room. Just be clearer from now on...Like It's not like I know whats inside here before I get in. A lot of guys would assume."
<Pose Tracker> Ichika Kawase has posed.
Ichika isn't a princess or a cutie girlfriend. (No, no, no!)
The reform school! "Yes." Ichika's answer is short and clipped. She's used to getting pushback on hr school, but she's become proud of it. Still... eventually, Kazusa relents, and doesn't make Ichika put her bodily in her own trash can.
"...When you feel like you're in danger, everybody looks like an enemy." That's Ichika's assessment, anyway. "So you're worried about it, and you snapped at us because you're scared."
She nods to Ryuji. "That's true. It looks kinda bad. But I get it; you don't want to look for boys," she says. She considers that statement, and lets it stand.
Kazusa can read in 'for now', if she wants. But Ichika isn't sure it's not a permanent thing.
"You got it, though," Ichika says. "I won't tell anybody about your art. And neither will he."
"...I know what it's like, to have an authority you don't want things to get back to. Trust me."
<Pose Tracker> Kazusa Motojima has posed.
Don't ask Kazusa what she thinks of Ichika right now. On a completely unrelated note, there's some manga with some queer subtext on her bookshelves, not that she realizes it.
There are some romance manga, too, but not a lot and they're all shoved on the bottom shelf--as if to prove that she has them but also that she doesn't want to look at them that often. None of them have more than one or two volumes.
Probably doesn't mean anything though. Just like the half-finished fanart sketch on the far side of her desk or the anime girl wallpaper on her monitor that's visible when she starts switching programs.
"Don't bring the--" She frowns as she sees Ryuji bringing the tray over to the desk, rubbing at her face for a moment. "Oookay..." She picks up her phone and makes a note. "Next time I'll have a folding table. But please don't spill anything on my equipment."
She stares at the tray a moment. "... Sakamoto-san, do... you really put soy sauce and ketchup in your tea?"
That's kind of a weirdly nice sentiment, Ryuji, but please don't do that--Kazuki has way more money to spend on lawyers.
But Ichika offers an assessment. Having it framed likethat really seems to sit with Kazusa, and she looks a little stunned. "... uh... maybe, something like that," she mutters.
It rings more true than she's comfortable admitting.
Kazusa stares at Ryuji for a long moment. "... if you're keeping secrets, the way to keep them is not to tell me you have them," she points out. She's at least trying to be calm and level about it. "... and yeah, I know. Look, I don't really... invite people over here that often. It's always just been 'my studio'. My grandparents pay for it so I have a place I can practice my art without my father finding out about it."
... Not that it helped.
She doesn't want to look for boys. "... yeah. I'm... way too busy keeping my life together for that." Justifying it more makes it more true, that's just logic.
But they won't say anything. Kazusa lets out a tense sigh. "... thanks." She looks at Ichika for a moment. There might be a part of her that's curious, but... that's not the kind of thing you ask on a first meeting. So she just nods, silently, to show acceptance.
Kazusa clears her throat and sits up a little. "So, uh, the first thing we should probably talk about it... you need a better camera. I can try to upscale your footage but... I can really only do so much. But I've been looking through some reviews for recommendations, so..." She's got the list pulled up on the monitor facing Ichika and Ryuji. "... hopefully I found something that can fit your budget?"
And she did actually try--and there's even things other than Motojima cameras on this list, too!
<Pose Tracker> Ryuji Sakamoto has posed.
"I dunno! I just grabbed anything!" Ryuji retorts to the question about his tea condiments. He sits back down, very near Ichika as if the girl can protect him.
Ryuji fliches at the very apt comment about Ryuji's secret keeping capabilities. "Yeah, I kinda get that a lot. But my point is still we won't really get anything by throwing you under the bus. I admit I need you more than I'd like to admit considering I need to start doing things to get me out to the real world. This is a good opportunity."
Then the cameras are presented to him. The delinquent stares for a moment as if the numbers were written in a foreign language. Then their meaning hits him and he just starts laughing. "Oh man...Ok I think I can pick up some shifts at the cafe. This is doable."
<Pose Tracker> Ichika Kawase has posed.
Ichika has noticed the manga, though she isn't familiar with them so she can't use that as evidence in her secret suspicions. Instead...
"...hahaha," Ichika laughs despite herself about soy sauce and ketchup. "You were nervous, huh?" she says. "It's OK. I get it." She looks at him fondly.
Then, well--
"True," Ichika says about keeping secrets, "But he's still right--we want to keep yours, too. And knowing why it's so important helps us do that."
Her grandparents must also be loaded. But she is 'The' Motojima.
"You're welcome," ichika says. Then she considers--cameras....
"You did a lot of research," she notes. "That's cool."
She looks over at Ryuji. "That works for you?" she confirms. "Cool."
"...I'm into journalism myself," Ichika says. "But my purposes are more still photography than video."
<Pose Tracker> Kazusa Motojima has posed.
Kazusa sighs a little, though she's trying to hold back a biting comment. "If you guys want to sit, you can bring the chairs over from the kitchenette. Sorry, I know the setup is... kind of awkward." There's a Motojima game console on the desk, though it's kind of awkwardly tucked behind the monitors, with a small nest of adaptor cables.
(Over by the kitchenette are a pair of wooden chairs, and a couple of extra metal folding chairs resting up against the wall. She's had to make some quick adaptations to her setup to accomodate, well, 'having any guests at all.')
But, secrets. "... Right. We both have a stake in this. Not that my reputation at school can get any worse." (It probably can, but it's best not to dwell on it.)
She nods to Ichika. "Right. Um.. thanks."
"Get out into the real world, huh..." Isn't that what Kazusa is trying to do, with her art?
She sighs a little. "Look, just... give me a number and I can make a recommendation for that, okay?" She shrugs to Ichika, about the effort. "I can only make good videos if I get good footage."
(Translation: 'Yes, but I don't want it to seem like I care that much.')
But Ichika is into journalism. "... Oh. Cool. What kind of camera do you use, digital or analogue?"
<Pose Tracker> Ryuji Sakamoto has posed.
Ryuji nods and sighs. "Yeah. Mine isn't much better."
"Yeah. I think I can do this. If it needs to be done then...yeah I'll do it." Ryuji responds to Ichika, trying to appear confident despite having no idea what he is going to do to get the camera. No. Wait. He knows but he isn't happy about it. "They like me at work so I'm sure I can pick up some more hours."
"Errrr, ok....I can probably afford one of the mid level ones. It's just gonna take some work at the cafe, which isn't my favorite."
<Pose Tracker> Ichika Kawase has posed.
"It's cool," Ichika says. "I'm not planning to be here that long anyway, since you wanted to focus on your work. Just long enough to finish the tea is fine."
She will hold hers!
Reputations... Ichika nods. "That bad, huh? Well, you could do what I did: headbutt another girl and steal half her gang."
Probably not at Shujin. Probably.
Numbers...
"It'll be good for you," she says to Ryuji. "These videos are important to you, after all. And I can pick up the slack on some of our dates, too--no problem. I'm the older woman, right?"
She smiles. She doesn't ask about the cafe. Instead she says, "Digital. I don't have the space to develop my own film or anything."
But later, when it's time to go...
Ichika reaches out to Kazusa and levels with her, looking at her seriously. "And it's cool," she says. "I won't tell anybody you're into girls, either. I'm into more than just men myself, so I get it."
She gives a two-finger wave. "Later, Motojima."
<Pose Tracker> Kazusa Motojima has posed.
She nods to Ichika. "It's... fine if you want to stay, or whatever. Or if you want to come over some other time to scren some of the renders."
Her jaw kind of drops when Ichika offers that advice. "Uhhh..." She looks down and mumbles something. She is a skinny-ass 5'2" gymnast girl. She ain't headbutting anybody.
Whether this has to be done... Kazusa sighs. "There's some things we can try with your phone, I guess. If you go for a camera... I've got some stuff like extra memory cards, that should help you out."
She nods a little. Mid-range. "Okay. Just let me know."
"Cool," she says to Ichika, of her digital camera. "I mostly work in digital."
She can spend some time discussing the cameras to demystify the stats and why she put them on the list, and she also has some other things to discuss like 'processes' and 'logos' and other fun artistic things.
But later...
Kazusa is taking a sip from her canned coffee when Ichika leans in. "Mmm?"
'I won't tell anybody you're into girls, either.'
Kazusa immediately attempts to inhale her coffee instead of drinking it and ends up coughing terribly, pounding her chest to try and recover.
Her cheeks are bright red.
She lowers her voice to a hushed whisper once she recovers, glancing towards Ryuji. "Not a word. Not even to him. Please?"
But once she's seen everyone off she collapses back into her chair, staring at nothing in particular for a while.
