"Another step closer."

Reiya Aomori is a popular second-year student at Gekkoukan High School, whose appeal relies heavily on the 'mystery' he presents. In reality, he's as awkward as any other teenager--he's just better at hiding it and tends not to bring up his confusion at the feelings of others. People know that he lost his father ten years ago and that his mother works for the Kirijo Group as a researcher, but not a lot about what he's thinking day to day. Also a member of the Drama Club, Reiya works mostly behind-the-scenes, supporting friends in the spotlight. But there is another reason he stays out of the limelight: he is heir to a tradition of true ninja, dating back from history into the modern day. Now, he serves SEES and the Kirijo Group, but keeping secrets from people he lives with and risks his life with is more difficult than he imagined.

Season 1, Episode 1

Reiya joined SEES early in the Episode, and became a memeber in good standing, going on missions for Ikutsuki and for SEES as a whole. He was there, keeping secrets, up until they went to Yakushima and he revealed much of what he knew--as did his mother. He adapted to keeping fewer secrets (but still some) and grew closer to SEES. The most vital mission for him was not the fight against Empress and Emperor but the rescue of his ex-girlfriend, Beniho Igarashi, from the heights of Tartarus.

He made friends, which he didn't expect. But as the Sky Museum burned and the Episode turned...
