A single glance at Ann Takamaki would convince you she must be a model, and you'd be right. A quarter-American Finnish-Japanese girl, Ann is a striking, exotic beauty with blonde hair and blue eyes. Her cosmopolitan parents got her into modeling at a young age, and it's fine, but while Ann has plenty of charm and energy, a love of sweets and shopping, kindness towards the weak and vengeance towards the wicked, she doesn't actually have a clear vision of her future. Part of that is her secret double life as a Phantom Thief, codename Panther. After her best friend Shiho Suzui suffered horrible abuse at the hands of a scumbag, she'd rather change evil hearts and give courage to the downtrodden.
